Knowledge, skills, and experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Keen interest in the entertainment industry (comedy, television, film, theatre)
  • A desire to establish a career in the talent management industry
  • Confident, enthusiastic with a self-starter approach
  • Hard-working with strong attention to detail

Our internships are specifically designed as part of our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, and as such we encourage applications from individuals with no prior connections in the industry. We want to open the door to fresh, new, and diverse voices who might otherwise find it hard to break into the industry.

If you’ve got a genuine passion for talent management, we’d love to hear from you.

To apply

Please upload your CV and answers to the application questions as one document (applications without the answers to the questions below will not be considered). Please answer the following application questions:

  1. What do you know about Avalon, and why is this internship important to you?
  2. Tell us about a TV show, sketch, or comedy moment that made you laugh out loud — the kind you had to share with someone else. What made it so memorable?
  3. Imagine you’ve been asked to help create a new comedy or entertainment show. What’s your idea, and why do you think people would want to watch it?
  4. Why do you want to work in talent management and why now?
