Quay Street Productions is on the lookout for a brilliant new Team Assistant to join our ambitious, creative, and ever-curious team. This is more than just a support role—it’s a front-row seat to the heart of a dynamic, award-winning production company. You’ll help keep the wheels turning across the business, ensuring the office runs smoothly while supporting our management and development teams as they bring bold, original stories to life.
From the practical to the creative, you’ll be right in the mix—learning how ideas become scripts, and how scripts become screen. As our Team Assistant, you’ll be the dependable core of our daily rhythm, keeping things running smoothly and seamlessly under the direction of our Executive Assistant. Behind the scenes, your impact will be felt everywhere. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, embraces challenges, and takes pride in making things happen. One moment you’ll be managing expenses or coordinating travel, the next you’ll be welcoming clients with warmth or contributing creatively to our development team. No two days will look the same.
You’ll sit at the intersection of people, process, and purpose—an essential part of the momentum that keeps our team aligned, energised, and focused. You’ll learn fast, grow even faster, and gain a front-row seat to how a high-performing, values-driven team operates. Whether it’s fine-tuning how we work, navigating fast-moving priorities, or helping to shape a culture we’re proud of, this role is packed with opportunity.
If you’re organised, people-focused, ready for a challenge, and want to be part of a culture that values curiosity & creativity - we’d love to meet you.
