Fashion in Film Festival 2025 – Grounded: Fashion’s Entanglements with Nature
Location: Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London


This is a part-time, freelance role totalling 22 days at £125/day between March and October 2025, based at Central Saint Martins, UAL.


We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to support Fashion in Film Festival’s digital communications and asset production.

Our latest edition, Grounded, is an imaginative response to the ongoing climate and ecological crisis. Our exciting programme harnesses the power of cinema to explore the intricate connections between fashion, the human body, and nature—both real and imagined. The festival will be hosted by leading arts and culture venues in London, South West England and Scotland between May and October 2025.


Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with festival team and marketing coordinator to produce digital communication assets, including social media posts and video recordings of events
  • Create digital assets for the festival, venues and partners following provided templates
  • Update festival website


About you

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Demonstrate experience in film editing
  • Demonstrate experience in working with a film, photographic camera and sound recording
  • Experience in digital asset creation for film events or cultural programming
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
