As a ticketing intern at Fane, you'll work across live and online events, learning the process of setting up events, maintaining them once live, and closing them ahead of the events taking place. You'll attend meetings and carry out tasks to gain insight into how the team communicates both internally and with external partners. The ticketing intern will also assist with admin jobs including entering and updating information on our booking platform.
Key activities
- Support the ticketing team in the day-to-day running of our booking platform
- Assist with the setup, maintenance and reporting of live and online events
- Collate venue information and add/update our booking platform
- If possible, attend and assist at an event to operate ticket scanning and/or observe customer service
What you will gain

- Knowledge and experience with Excel automation and formulas
What we are looking for
- An interest in the arts, live events, or cultural programming
- Some experience in a customer facing, retail or theatre role is desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel (or similar)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- An understanding of basic HTML used to format website copy, or a willingness to learn, would be advantageous
