This internship provides hands‑on exposure to the creative and business side of TV development, offering a front‑row seat to how projects are evaluated, shaped, and advanced. This role will support the TV creative and development team.

Key activities

The intern will support day‑to‑day development operations by:

  • Assist with scheduling and meeting preparation
  • Manage submissions (scripts, books, pitches)
  • Maintain trackers and presentations
  • Review content submission and providing notes to the executive team
  • Organise notes and materials
  • Help prepare talent lists and weekly reports
  • Help conduct market research
  • Track industry trends, competitive programming, and audience data

What you will learn

You will learn about the industry TV development landscape and the process behind transforming ideas to production.

  • Experience or deep knowledge of film and/or TV
