
UX/UI designer

Salary: £38,133 per annum
Contract type: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working full-time hours of 35 per week.
Working pattern: This role requires a minimum of two days on-site working in the Gallery offices.
The National Gallery is looking for an experienced and talented UX/UI designer to join its vibrant creative team.
The UX/UI designer will provide a smooth and intuitive user experience through accessible, responsive and inclusive designs, ensuring consistent visual language across all visual touch-points.
You will be helping to support and shape the user experience across the National Gallery website and a range of digital products and touchpoints. This will include prototyping, designing and continuously improving the UX /UI across our core platforms, designing responsively ensuring designs are visually appealing, on brand, accessible and user-centric.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- A knowledge of UX processes, UI design principles and proficiency in in Figma and Adobe suite is required.
