Who we are looking for
What matters most is your mindset. You're endlessly curious. You consume creative work because you genuinely enjoy it. You understand social platforms instinctively, know what's trending (and why), and can spot opportunities before they become mainstream. You bring energy into every room. You're hungry to learn, eager to contribute and excited by the opportunity to develop your craft alongside experienced creatives.
We're looking for someone with curiosity, enthusiasm and the ambition to become an exceptional creative. Someone who is constantly learning, constantly observing and constantly asking how ideas can be better.
If you're the type of person who bookmarks campaigns, follows award shows for fun, spends too much time analysing social content and can't stop thinking about ideas then you'll fit right in.
Ideally, you would have:
- A genuine passion for creative ideas, storytelling and culture
- A strong understanding of social media, content creation and digital platforms
- An eye for trends across PR, social, advertising, design, entertainment, fashion, technology and popular culture
- Confidence sharing ideas, even if they're still rough around the edges (they’re usually the best ideas anyway)
- Communication and presentation skills (although we can help you hone this)
- A collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn through feedback
