&nbsp;&nbsp;ResponsibilitiesProductions<ul><li>Liaising with the Director of Marketing and Communications in the creation and implementation of all venue and production marketing campaigns.&nbsp;</li><li>Overseeing sales and ticketing initiatives, advertising opportunities, marketing activities and promotions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assessing and reporting on these campaigns and making recommendations based on those results.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assisting with the marketing on West End transfers and other Hampstead Theatre Productions on tour and digital ventures.</li></ul>Details&nbsp;<ul><li>Developing relationships with like-minded venues and events to manage and implement reciprocal marketing initiatives, including but not limited to, PS swaps, print distribution, reciprocal programme advertising, social media shout-outs and any other marketing opportunities.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Attending and assisting on all Press Nights and Development events, including weekend work where necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Sourcing and developing 3rd party relationships with external companies, such as Ticket agents, Media buyers, Agencies and Partnerships, to support the marketing activities of the department.&nbsp;</li><li>Creating, managing and reporting on production marketing budgets.</li><li>Creating engaging and unique season and production-specific marketing materials in conjunction with the Creative Content and Communications Officer.&nbsp;</li><li>Being jointly responsible for the accuracy of all marketing communications, maintaining the theatre brand at all times, and advocating for this across the organization.&nbsp;</li><li>Working collaboratively with our Head of Press and PR to manage / assist with press interviews, liaising with journalists, actors and creative teams as well as other PR-related events and activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Liaising with SOLT on the Olivier Award nominations process.&nbsp;</li></ul>Imagery and editorial content&nbsp; &nbsp;<ul><li>Liaising with Photographers and Videographers on the planning, execution and subsequent distribution of photographic and video assets.&nbsp;</li><li>Creating and maintaining a profitable Main Stage programme business model.&nbsp;</li><li>Managing the delivery and sale of playtexts and reporting the financials.&nbsp;</li><li>Overseeing the production of the theatre’s programmes; liaising with the editorial and creative teams about deadlines and managing the relationships between the progamme editor, designer and printer.</li></ul>General marketing activity&nbsp; &nbsp;<ul><li>Working with the Director of Marketing and Communications to make sure the marketing department are up to date with all external initiatives and requirements across GDPR and privacy.&nbsp;</li><li>Supporting the marketing of the Participation and Inspire programmes.&nbsp;</li><li>Supporting the Development team wherever necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>In conjunction with the Box Office, Development and Press teams, ensure accurate and timely set up for priority and public booking periods, and other major announcements.&nbsp;</li><li>Attendance at all Marketing team and inter-departmental communications meetings.&nbsp;
