The Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Event Producer to join DDA Live in our London office.

Reporting to the senior production team, you'll take ownership of a broad range of live events, delivering projects from initial brief through to on-site execution. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing budgets, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest creative and operational standards.

This role is ideal for someone with around three years' experience in live event production who is ready to take greater ownership, lead projects independently, and play an active role in mentoring junior team members while continuing to develop their own career within one of the entertainment industry's leading live events agencies.

What You’ll Be Doing

Project Management & Delivery

  • Lead the planning and delivery of live events from initial client brief through to final delivery.
  • Develop creative and practical production solutions that meet client objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Create and maintain project plans, production schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to DDA's exceptionally high standards.
  • Take ownership of project documentation, client presentations, production schedules, and post-event reporting.
  • Support Senior Event Producers with larger scale projects, taking responsibility and ownership of event elements within a wider picture.

Client Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted day-to-day point of contact.
  • Attend client meetings, present ideas, and confidently communicate project updates.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into successful live experiences.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication throughout every stage of a project.

Supplier & Production Management

  • Source, brief, and manage production suppliers, freelancers, and technical partners.
  • Obtain quotations, negotiate costs, and manage supplier budgets.
  • Coordinate venue requirements, production schedules, logistics, and technical deliverables.
  • Ensure suppliers consistently deliver to the required quality, budget, and timescales.
  • Continue developing DDA Live's supplier network by researching new partners and innovative solutions.

On-Site Event Delivery

  • Lead on-site event delivery including builds, rehearsals, live operations, and de-rigs.
  • Manage production teams, suppliers, and crew to ensure seamless execution.
  • Resolve operational challenges calmly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Ensure events are delivered safely, professionally, and to the highest standard.

Team Contribution

  • Support and mentor Project Assistants and junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practice.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and solutions-focused team environment.
  • Contribute creative ideas and innovative thinking throughout project planning.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new event formats to continually inspire the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Approximately three years' experience in live event production, ideally within an agency or fast-paced events environment.
  • Experience managing projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing production budgets and supplier negotiations.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident coordinating suppliers, venues, and production partners.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Calm and confident working under pressure and managing live event delivery.
  • Passion for entertainment, live events, and creating memorable experiences.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
  • This role would be based in our London office at least 4 days per week.
