Application deadline:&nbsp;9am, 17 February 2025Salary: £40,000 per annumContract: Fixed term 24 months/full-timeInterviews: Week beginning 10 March 2025Start date: April/May 2025&nbsp;Lead the way in data-driven strategy for a thriving arts and culture organisation.The De La Warr Pavilion is seeking an experienced Data and Insights Manager to rationalise and optimise DLWP’s data for the purposes of audience growth and income generation.&nbsp;The Data and Insights Manager will write a Data and Insights Strategy and Action Plan and lead the organisation on the implementation of that plan to meet audience development and income-generating goals. They will take the lead on the continued development of DLWP’s engagement with Spektrix and other data platforms including training, new tools and integrations and sharing data trends and knowledge.&nbsp;Knowledge, skills and experience<ul><li>A strategic thinker.</li><li>Expert knowledge and experience of working with Spektrix.</li><li>The ability to read, analyse and interpret data to feed into organisational strategy.</li><li>Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools.</li><li>Familiarity with survey tools such as llluminate or Survey Monkey.</li><li>Background in a cultural, heritage, or venue-based organisation, focusing on audience development and income generation.</li><li>Proven ability to optimise ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and online sales to drive audience engagement and revenue.</li><li>Awareness and understanding of Al tools and their potential to improve data analysis, audience insights, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interpret data in an accessible way, both internally and externally including easy-to-understand reports and presentations.</li><li>Forensic attention to detail.</li><li>Collaborative and decisive team leader.</li><li>Have a patient and collaborative approach to working within teams.</li></ul>&nbsp;The employer reserves the right to close the listing and stop accepting applications sooner than the original deadline.
