You will be working on events including The British Book Awards, The Stage Debut Awards, FutureBook, Future of Theatre, The Stage Awards and The Speakies. What you will do<ul><li>Campaign Management: Plan and execute high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive attendance for our conferences and awards.</li><li>Delegate Acquisition: Lead audience acquisition using targeted email marketing, social media, SEO, paid campaigns, and content marketing.</li><li>Database Management: Maintain and optimise segmented databases to ensure accurate targeting and strong campaign performance.</li><li>Website &amp; UX: Own the ongoing optimisation of event websites, ensuring a seamless user journey and strong conversion rates.</li><li>Audience Growth: Develop strategies to build community, increase retention and drive growth among returning and new attendees year-on-year.</li><li>Performance Analysis: Track and report on key marketing KPIs, using data to test, learn, and continually improve campaign results.</li><li>Partnerships: Build and manage promotional partnerships with associations, speakers, sponsors, and media to amplify reach and engagement.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with editorial, events, and commercial teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and brand messaging.</li><li>Pricing Strategy: Support pricing strategy and positioning discussions with insights from audience behaviour and competitor benchmarks.</li></ul> What we are looking for<ul><li>Substantial&nbsp;end-to-end&nbsp;events marketing experience, with&nbsp;demonstrated success in delegate and&nbsp;audience acquisition.</li><li>Proven ability to manage marketing across multiple events simultaneously, meeting or exceeding performance targets.</li><li>Proficient in CRM and marketing automation platforms – ideally Salesforce and Adestra.</li><li>Comfortable with data analysis and reporting; strong Excel skills essential.</li><li>Knowledgeable in SEO, paid and organic social media, and email best practices.</li></ul> This may be a good fit for you if you:<ul><li>Strong eye for visual design and ability to create on-brand marketing assets using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).</li><li>Highly organised, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Can positively contribute to a team-oriented, collaborative environment</li></ul> Other information:Normal working hours are 9am - 5pm, with occasional evening or weekend work to cover events. Foundation is looking for a Projects Director who will help ensure that the production and organisation of projects match their artistic ambition.You will play an important role in the continued growth and evolution of the organisation. You will work closely with the Projects Team and lead on planning, selling and delivery. You will communicate the development of any new projects whilst overseeing the pre-existing engagements and work closely with our touring agents at Askonas Holt. Reporting to the Managing Director and working as part of our dynamic team of management staff you will play a vital role in the organisation.&nbsp; Your responsibilities will be:&nbsp;<ul><li>Attending all Chineke! rehearsals, projects and tours</li><li>Working closely with the artistic team to assist on curation of programmes, keeping track of conductor/soloist invites and handling contracting once bookings have been confirmed</li><li>Meeting with venues to generate interest in our future programmes and secure concert dates to build out regional tours around core Southbank Centre dates</li><li>Keeping the Development Director and Marketing and Communications Manager up to date on projects and future plans</li><li>Keeping track of our National Portfolio Organisation requirements with Arts Council and planning projects to meet our targets on the number of concerts in each category that we have committed to in each financial year</li><li>Working closely with our important partners i.e. Askonas Holt, Southbank Centre, Woolwich Works, Royal Albert Hall</li><li>Working closely with the Artistic Team and Managing Director to ensure that our performance plans align with our mission and 5 Year Development Plan</li><li>Producing and negotiating contracts to engagements (conductors, soloists, with venues/festivals, tours, commercial engagements etc.)</li><li>Contributing to a supportive and collegiate culture within the Chineke!
