We are obsessed about the brands and sectors that we work across.We’re now looking for a bright, organised and enthusiastic Affiliate Account Assistant to join our small but mighty team. Reporting into the Affiliate Account Manager - This is the perfect opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who’s excited to learn the ropes of affiliate marketing and grow their experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.&nbsp;We work with the likes of Rixo, Rat &amp; Boa, Vieve and Kiki McDonough with lots of other exciting brands coming up in the pipeline. At Lo Digital, we prioritise supporting female-founded brands. &nbsp;<h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Supporting the Affiliate Account Manager in day-to-day tasks</li><li>Assisting with admin tasks including dashboard changes, publisher approvals and data pulling.</li><li>Helping to manage relationships with affiliate partners and networks</li><li>Updating internal documents and campaign trackers</li><li>Scheduling and sending affiliate newsletters and communications</li><li>Researching potential new affiliate partners</li><li>Supporting performance analysis and test-and-learn activities</li><li>Sitting in on client and partner calls to learn how we build strong programs</li></ul> &nbsp;<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>A strong interest in digital marketing (bonus if you’re familiar with affiliate marketing but this is not a prerequisite!)</li><li>Highly analytical and numbers based - this is a MUST</li><li>Super organised with great attention to detail</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude - we are a small team so a 'hands-on and get stuck in' mentality is crucial</li><li>Have a genuine passion for the verticals we work across (Beauty/fashion and wellbeing) and up to date with trends in these spaces</li><li>Comfortable using spreadsheets and learning new digital tools</li><li>Eagerness to learn from industry experts and grow within the agency</li></ul> &nbsp;<h3>What You’ll Get</h3><ul><li>Hands-on training in affiliate marketing from leaders in the industry</li><li>Experience working with well-known brands across beauty, fashion and lifestyle as well as up and coming independent brands</li><li>Exposure to high-performing marketing strategies and tools</li><li>A supportive, boutique agency culture with real opportunities to grow</li><li>Flexible hours and remote working</li><li>We offer summer Friday working hours with 1pm finish June-August</li><li>5% pension contribution</li><li>21 days holiday plus 1 extra day per year of service capped at 25 days</li></ul> We welcome and encourage applications from candidates who are under-represented in the creative industries.Please make sure that you state in your application that you found this role via Creative Access.
