Creative Access & All3Media - Thrive: development programme for freelancers working in TV
Closing date: Monday 31st March 2025
Duration: 12 months
Start date: May 2025
Are you a mid-level freelancer working in TV and looking to take your career to the next level? Unlock your potential through mentoring, training and networking opportunities with this exciting programme.
Creative Access is delighted to partner with All3Media to provide five fully funded places for TV freelancers on our Thrive: Development Programme, which empowers creative professionals from under-represented communities to progress into more senior roles.
All3Media is a global production and distribution group, home to award winning companies creating acclaimed TV, film and digital content, including Fleabag, Gogglebox, The Traitors and Call the Midwife. Recognising that freelancers play a vital role in the industry but often lack access to professional development, All3Media has committed to funding five places on our Thrive: development programme. This year long programme has been specifically created for, and by, people who are historically underrepresented in the creative sector, equipping mid-level freelancers in TV with the training, mentoring and networking opportunities needed for career progression.
