Creative Access & ITV Academy present Career Moves: upskilling and transitioning in a changing industry 

Are you a mid-level professional looking to pivot your career within TV and film, or considering how you could apply your skills in new contexts? Join us for an insightful panel discussion and networking event delivered in partnership with ITV Academy where we’ll dive into the challenges and opportunities of making career transitions, whether it’s shifting industries, embracing new roles, or navigating a squiggly career path. This event is aimed at those from under-represented backgrounds, including Black, Asian and ethnically diverse individuals, disabled people, those undergoing gender reassignment / transitioning and individuals from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.

At the event, you’ll get a chance to:  

• Hear from senior professionals who have successfully navigated big transitions in their careers 
• Network with peers within your industry and beyond
• Connect and share experiences with like-minded individuals  

This is a fantastic opportunity to get practical advice, build your network, and upskill for the next phase of your career.

This opportunity is designed for people who: 

• Are working in the creative industries who identify as being at mid-level in their career (c.3-8 years of experience) 
• Are currently considering a career transition or pivot 
• Want to connect with a group of like-minded individuals with similar goals 
• Identify as being from an under-represented group in the creative industries. This includes, but is not limited to Black, Asian and ethnically diverse candidates, disabled people, those undergoing gender reassignment / transitioning and individuals from lower socioeconomic backgrounds. 

There are only a limited number of places available and Creative Access will be selecting individuals to attend based on criteria including, but not limited to, relevant experience, career stage and sector.   

Please apply by the deadline of 5pm on Tuesday 11th February. We will let you know if you have been successful in getting a place at the event by 14th February and the details of the venue will be shared if your place is confirmed.
