Shakespeare’s Globe is a world-renowned performing arts venue, cultural attraction and education centre located on the bank of the River Thames in London. It celebrates Shakespeare’s transformative impact on the world by conducting a radical theatrical experiment. Inspired and informed by the unique historic playing conditions of two beautiful iconic theatres, the Globe's diverse programme of work harnesses the power of performance, cultivates intellectual curiosity and excites learning to make Shakespeare and, more recently, exciting new writing accessible for all.

The Digital Assistant will work across Shakespeare’s Globe’s entire digital ecosystem, supporting the day-to-day administration of the Globe’s digital platforms, including the website, video-on-demand platform (Globe Player), and CRM system (Tessitura). Full training will be provided.

Led by the Digital Manager, they will provide administrative and technical support, copywriting, and basic analysis across these platforms to help deliver against ambitious revenue and audience targets and maintain quality and consistency across the Globe's digital presence. The Digital Assistant will also maintain a practical understanding of the integration between web platforms, CRM system, and booking pathway, and ensure consistency of information across these platforms.
