Creative Access and Which? are co-hosting an in-person industry insights event on Tuesday 10th March 2026 from 6–8pm, for early to mid career candidates from under-represented groups with an interest in roles at Which?.

The event will include a panel discussion, interactive demos, and networking opportunities. You’ll explore different areas within the content and publishing teams, meet the people behind the work, and gain insight into the skills and experience needed to succeed. You’ll also have the opportunity to join our talent pool for future roles.

What to expect

Our expert panel of Which? employees will provide an overview of the organisation, career pathways, innovation, and future skills. They'll cover:

  • What Which? does and why it is a great place to work
  • Key functions including what the content and publishing teams do
  • Panellists' roles, career journeys and insights
  • How Which? uses technology, data, and creative approaches
  • Skills and experience needed for future roles with advice and tips for applications

After the panel, you'll have the chance to get hands-on with interactive demos hosted by Which? and network with the panel and other team members - a great opportunity to ask questions, make connections and gain first-hand insights.

  • Market analyst - analyse data and market trends to provide the core insights that guide Which?’s testing, reviews, and content
  • Content producer/writer - create and optimise content that drive Which?'s digital presence and impact, engages audiences, and supports our mission

What we're looking for

We welcome candidates from a wide range of disciplines, especially those with research, analysis, and communication skills, which may include:

  • Social sciences & humanities: researching topics, synthesising information, and working with consumer insights
  • Media, journalism & communications: spotting stories in data, investigative techniques, writing for audiences, or digital content
  • Business, economics and marketing: numeracy, analysing markets, managing projects or working with datasets

Depending on the role you're interested in, examples of the range of desirable skills and experiences we value could include:

  • Curiosity and passion for data, digital tools, and turning research into easy-to-read, engaging content
  • Enthusiasm for Which? and an interest in its values and mission
  • Content creation and communication skills, with attention to accuracy, readability, and engaging writing
  • Confidence handling data, analytics, and using research methods to draw meaningful insights
  • Familiarity with digital tools and best practices e.g. Microsoft/Google Suite, content management systems (CMS), or search engine optimisation (SEO)
  • Project management skills, including managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence building relationships
  • A curious and consumer-focused mindset, with an interest in how products, services and websites work
