The neuro-inclusive workplace: scenario based training

We'll be exploring ways make your workplace neuro-inclusive, with expert-led guidance on navigating various scenarios in this 90-minute workshop.
An interactive and informative workshop covering various workplace situations based on commonly occurring realistic scenarios. Helping you, as professionals in the creative industries, to make judgement calls that are neuro-inclusive – shedding light on how to support neurodivergent team members, as well as the team as a whole.
- This 90-min online workshop will cover a number of workplace scenarios related to neurodiversity
- You’ll have the opportunity to discuss as a group with advice from the session facilitator
- Scenarios will address; how different ways of processing information can impact delegation of work, dilemmas related to hybrid working, and stigmatisation of neurodiversity at work
You’ll be encouraged to consider the different approaches available, think how this might be applied in the context of your own working environment, and hear from others working across the creative industries. The workshop will be held under Chatham House Rules, so all attendees can share ideas and best practice in a safe, interactive and reflective environment.
