We'll be exploring key ways to make your workplace neuro-inclusive, with expert-led guidance on support, recruitment and team wellbeing in this 90-minute workshop.

Join us for an online workshop to find out how to make your workplace more neuro-inclusive. Facilitated by a consultant clinical psychologist with years of experience in supporting those who are neurodivergent, we’ll take a look at:

  • Practical workplace support measures; reasonable adjustments; what is unreasonable? If you’re a neurodivergent professional – what can you ask for?
  • Neurodiverse-friendly recruitment; tips for recruiters and neurodivergent candidates
  • Tips for a successful induction programme; ongoing support within teams 
  • Supporting mental health in teams; Wellness Action Plans; establishing psychological safety for all in the workplace
  • Ideas for giving and receiving instructions; delegating work; being aware of and accommodating different styles of work and different ways of thinking
  • Resources and signposting

The workshop will be help under Chatham House Rules, so all attendees can share ideas and best practice in a safe, interactive and reflective environment.

This workshop is capped at 15 attendees to ensure plenty of time for questions and discussion. The workshop will be held under Chatham House Rules, so all attendees can share ideas in a safe, interactive and reflective environment.
