Location: Hybrid, to include two days per week in the office across two Creative Access sites in Camden and White City, London; and ad hoc early evening events.

The opportunities board coordinator is a key role at Creative Access, supporting the smooth running and continued growth of our online opportunities board. Working closely with the opportunities board manager and the wider Access team, you’ll ensure every listing on our board is inclusive, accessible and impactful — helping employers reach diverse talent and our communities discover meaningful paid work.

You’ll liaise daily with employer partners, support candidates, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to maximise the reach and visibility of our listings. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who’s passionate about equity and inclusion in the workplace, and keen to build experience in partnerships, content and project coordination within the creative industries.


Responsibilities

Listings support

  • Monitor the listings inbox, responding to employer and candidate queries promptly and professionally
  • Copy edit and upload new opportunities, ensuring all listings meet Creative Access’ inclusive recruitment standards
  • Troubleshoot issues for candidates and employers, escalating technical matters when needed
  • Identify and suggest opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Track board activity, including bundles usage and competitor insights, and report findings to the wider team

Employer and candidate engagement

  • Act as a first point of contact for opportunities board users, offering guidance on inclusive job descriptions and best practice
  • Work with the opportunities board manager to produce newsletters, weekly roundups and promotional campaigns for employer partners
  • Support candidates by ensuring listings are accessible, relevant and easy to navigate

Collaboration and communication

  • Work closely with the communications and outreach teams to promote success stories, highlight live roles and share sector opportunities across Creative Access channels
  • Collaborate with the outreach team to ensure suitable opportunities are shared with target communities, maximising reach and engagement
  • Support the wider recruitment functions on an ad hoc basis when required including answering candidate queries and reading applications

Monitoring and reporting

  • Support the opportunities board manager in preparing reports and insights on listings performance and impact
  • Contribute to internal reports with data and success stories


Knowledge, skills and experience

Essential

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination or customer-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using digital tools (CRM systems, Excel, CMS or similar)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative and adaptable working style
  • A genuine interest in diversity, equity and inclusion and in the creative industries

Desirable

  • Experience working with employer partners or in recruitment, HR or programme coordination
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Knowledge of inclusive recruitment practice and accessibility standards
  • Experience in a creative, cultural or not-for-profit environment
