As a production coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of promotional campaigns and branding across all BBC platforms, helping bring iconic content to life. You’ll be part of a creatively driven team working on high-profile campaigns for shows like Strictly Come Dancing, Glastonbury, and The Traitors. Responsibilities
- Provide logistical and coordination support across multiple productions and platforms
- Work closely with editorial teams to deliver content on time and within budget
- Support pre- and post-production activities, including shoots and resource planning
- Manage production workflows, budgets, and schedules effectively
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative team culture
Knowledge, skills & experience
Essential
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands
- Working knowledge of end-to-end production processes, including technical awareness
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and administrative tools to manage budgets and schedules
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
- Experience working in production management across multi-platform content (TV, digital, social, OOH)
Desirable
- Familiarity with BBC brands and genres
- Resilience in fast-paced environments and ability to prioritise effectively
- Interest in the BBC and the wider media industry
