Play a key role in evolving innovative diversity monitoring tools and drive impactful change across the TV industry.

Now we are evolving our diversity monitoring tool to Diamond 2, delivering extensive improvements for all users. We want it to reach its full potential as both an accessible, easy to use system and a far-sighted, impactful programme inspiring and informing change.

This project involves considerable stakeholder engagement and collaboration. Therefore, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who has experience working in a complex stakeholder environment, to support our project team, under the instruction of the Project Coordinator.

The Diamond project team is a small group of people with diverse specialist expertise, looking for a proactive team player with strong administrative skills and attention to detail to support our broad, fast-paced range of activities. If you believe that everyone should have the opportunity to work in and on television, and you would like to join a dynamic, innovative and impactful team, then this could be the job for you.

Supporting the Project Lead, Project Manager and Project Coordinator by:

  • Taking minutes and actions during meetings, workshops and events.
  • Facilitation of in person, online, and hybrid meetings, workshops and events at various stakeholder offices.
  • Project tracking and giving status updates to the project team.
  • Updating timelines and task management software (monday.com).
  • Keeping key documents and CRM system (monday.com) up to date.
  • Communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Organising, planning, and facilitating meetings and events.
  • Proofreading documents or communications.
  • Varied project support such as early research and starting of documents, presentations, spreadsheets or forms.

Ad hoc administrative support for wider CDN activities as required.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use Office 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with or aptitude for project or task management tools. We use monday.com but are happy to hear about your experience or skills in other digital or manual systems, project management methodologies more broadly, or your aptitude for this type of work.
  • Ability to work with a broad variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience of embedding access into your day-to-day delivery.
  • Professional or personal commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.

Desirable

  • Experience of working in a small team.

  • Experience of working with social media scheduling software.
  • Ability to conduct research.
