Do you believe everyone should have a fair opportunity to work in and on film?
Creative Diversity Network (CDN), in partnership with BAFTA Media Technology, has been awarded a BFI National Lottery Innovation Challenge Fund to tackle one of the biggest challenges in the UK film industry: collecting meaningful, trustworthy diversity data.
We’re looking for an organised, people-focused project coordinator to help deliver a series of research sessions, stakeholder meetings and focus groups with funders, production companies, industry bodies, and film cast & crew across the UK. This is a hands-on role at the heart of an innovative research & development project — perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, collaborative environment and is research-driven.
Creative Diversity Network is the cross-industry body leading the work to increase diversity on and off-screen in UK television. For the last eight years, we’ve provided benchmark reports on UK television’s diversity landscape, influencing strategic thinking of industry leaders with the help of over 7.5 million contributions from the freelance community. By joining this project, you’ll be part of innovative research and development work that will help to build a more inclusive, representative UK film industry.
