Ready to front videos that millions trust? Join Which? as our Senior Presenter/Producer and lead the scripting, presenting, and production of standout video and audio that informs, protects, and empowers consumers.

The purpose of this role is to take a central role in scripting, presenting and producing high-quality video and audio content for Which.co.uk, our social media channels, and additional Which? products and services.

This position involves working with colleagues across the organisation to plan productions while also devising and presenting engaging content for multiple platforms.

The successful candidate will also take a leading role within the Video and Audio team, contributing to the development of video and audio quality and standards across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Independently devise, produce, script, record, edit, and present viral and engaging video and audio content for all Which? channels, leading on all aspects of the production schedule.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities for video and audio content across the business, establishing new formats and styles aligned with the video and audio strategy.
  • Manage and coordinate the sign-off process for all produced content, ensuring correct procedures are followed and communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide training for colleagues on best practice video and audio presentation.
  • Travel occasionally, domestically and internationally, to assist with content production and cover events on location.


About you:

  • A confident presenter with an approachable, friendly style
  • A creative thinker who is always looking for new ideas and new ways of telling a story
  • Expert scriptwriting with the ability to engage and grow online audiences; strong production management skills; evidence of storytelling ability through creative writing; application of SEO strategies to video content; ability to direct simple video shoots; ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude that establishes good working relationships and responds to needs as they arise.
  • A well-rounded understanding of video production and social media and how it is used by publishers and competitors throughout the industry.
  • Basic knowledge and insight of podcast and audio industry and audio production.


The interview process for this role involves:

  • 1x remote interview (approx 45 mins) with a pre-task of candidate filming themselves presenting a pre-prepared script provided by Which? ahead of the interview.
