Excellently written content based on our rigorous product testing is at the heart of this role. The Senior Writer/Researcher works with colleagues across the Product Testing Team team to oversee and deliver consumer focused testing and results. This research underpins the consumer focused online product reviews, advice and magazine features for Which?.
What you'll be doing
- Producing well-written and consumer-focused content across a range of channels
- Designing, implementing and delivering a range of product tests to deadlines and budget ing and ensuring research plans are followed, and kept up to date
- Ensuring online content is kept up to date and optimised to meet performance targets for traffic, sign ups and affiliate journeys
Who we are looking for
You're skilled at writing consistently good online and print copy to deadlines and you may well have had consumer-facing content published already. You're comfortable interpreting and working with data sets in spreadsheets. You may have direct experience of conducting product assessments.
- You'll have solid experience of working within teams to deliver agreed outcomes and you're able to build and maintain internal relationships
- You'll have proven strong workload and project management skills, enabling you to keep multiple tasks and projects with short and longer term deadlines running smoothly and to budget.
- You have a proactive approach and are willing to take responsibility for tasks
- You have an understanding of web metrics (including SEO, and traffic metrics) and you may have experience of using a Content Management System
