Southbank Centre masterclass: Building creative careers in the arts
Date: Thursday 26th February
Time: 6-8:30PM (doors open from 5:30PM)
Place: St Paul’s Pavilion on Level 6, Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Centre, Belvedere Rd, London SE1
We’re delighted to be collaborating with Southbank Centre for our February masterclass, an inspiring evening of conversation, insight and connection.
The Southbank Centre is the UK’s largest centre for the arts, and a charity that is proud to bring millions of people together on London’s South Bank. Its mission is to make a difference to the lives of artists, audiences and communities through the variety of their programming and spaces. They look after an 11-acre site, which includes the Royal Festival Hall, the Queen Elizabeth Hall, the Purcell Room, and the Hayward Gallery.
The event will feature a panel discussion and Q&A with creative professionals working across a range of art forms and roles at Southbank Centre. You’ll also enjoy free and exclusive entry to two major exhibitions: Yin Xiuzhen: Heart to Heart and Chiharu Shiota: Threads of Life.
This masterclass is designed to give you a genuine, behind-the-scenes look at building a career in the arts. Drawing on their own journeys, our speakers will share practical insights into navigating the industry, developing your skills and finding your path across different creative workstreams at Southbank Centre.
As always, we encourage you to make the most of this opportunity to network with the panel and the Creative Access community.
