Systems and impact manager

Salary: £35,000 FTE (or £28,000 pro rata for four days per week)
Hours: Between 0.8 and 1.0 FTE - 28 to 35 hours per week

Location: Hybrid, to include two days per week across two Creative Access sites in Camden and White City, London (flexible working patterns considered)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce administrator to join our team as Systems and Impact Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support all teams at Creative Access to effectively use systems including Salesforce, Teams, MS Office suite
- Support all teams to reduce digital risk by installing (or supporting to install) anti-virus software; maintain MFA for Salesforce and Sharepoint; encourage best security practice with CA-owned laptops; maintain appropriate records for this activity
- Support the team with data import, transfer and management tasks as required, utilising full range of Salesforce data import tools and advanced Excel functions
- Build complex reports and dashboards to support CA to visualise, interrogate and understand data as needed
- Interpret metrics used to measure performance and impact
- Utilise available Salesforce data management techniques, alongside Excel and SQL
- Suggest and research innovations with respect to data quality and systems usability and efficiency
- Work across all teams to gather requirements for new features; analyse these, design, build and implement solutions with minimal support
- Maintain awareness of new developments in Salesforce ecosystem, including release schedule, new features, retirements and best practice guidance
- Support existing automations in Flow, and build new automations as needed with awareness of best practice guidance from Salesforce
- Set an example to other team members by following best practices and processes
- Contribute positively to Creative Access culture by being an active ambassador for CA: on social channels; contributing to team meetings; sharing ideas and feedback; attending CA events and training
- Contribute positively to Creative Access's continued growth and innovation by participating in business development and innovation activities in our processes and product development.
About you
- Salesforce Admin experienced in user management, security, platform configuration, automation tools and data management

Knowledge, skills and experience
- Considerable experience managing a Salesforce CRM as a System Administrator
- Experience delivering system improvement projects in collaboration with users across all functions
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for analysis and data manipulation
- Salesforce Administrator ADM201 certification desirable
- Good working understanding of data protection and privacy best practice including GDPR compliance
- An experienced problem-solver who works methodically and is curious and probing to uncover problems and identify solutions
- Able to identify future tasks and projects to meet CA’s strategic objectives and set these in motion
- Able to manage system improvement projects efficiently and effectively
- A strong team player
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
Terms and conditions
- Holiday entitlement: 23 days per calendar year, plus statutory English Bank holidays, the days between Christmas and New Year, and one day for your birthday (pro-rated for part-time staff). An additional days’ leave is accrued for each year of service.
- Probation period: 6 months
- Hours of work: Standard working hours are 10.00 – 18.00 Monday to Friday. We operate a hybrid model across the office and working remotely. The post-holder will be expected to assume duties outside of working hours to support the delivery of the role and operation of the organisation when required. Open to discussing flexible terms
