Trainee production coordinator (Bristol)

Salary: £25,000-£30,000

What you might be doing as a Production Coordinator:

• Assisting with scheduling and logistics: Help with creating and maintaining production schedules, organising call sheets, and ensuring that all logistics are in place for the team.
• Supporting resource management: Coordinate the delivery of production materials, props, and equipment.
• Communication support: Act as a key point of contact between different departments, ensuring that information is shared quickly and clearly.
• Administrative assistance: Help with various office tasks, including managing documentation, handling invoices, and assisting with budget tracking.
• Problem-solving: Assist in identifying and resolving minor issues on set to keep the production moving forward smoothly.

Both production companies have offices in Bristol & London and produce some of the nation’s favourite television, from long-running factual brands and formats such as First Dates (C4) & First Dates Teens (E4) Save Our Squad (Disney +) Long Lost Family (ITV) Who Do You Think You Are?(BBC1) and Glow Up (BBC3/ Netflix) to one-off documentaries, specialist factual, children’s and natural history.

Their office is conveniently located just minutes from Bristol city centre.

This role will work across both companies, supporting the production teams.

Our working hours are from 09:30 to 18:00, with one hour for lunch. Hybrid working arrangements vary by production, but typically staff spend 2-3 days a week in the Bristol offices and the rest working from home.
