We’re proud to announce the launch of one of 4Skills’ flagship programmes: the Production Training Scheme – a key initiative reshaping access to the TV industry.

This 12-month scheme, delivered in partnership with thinkBIGGER!, who provide week-long training bootcamps on all things industry-focused to the trainees, places budding talent in full-time, paid roles as either trainee researchers or trainee production coordinators within the UK’s leading independent production companies.

This year, we’ve partnered with 18 indies across Belfast, Glasgow, Cardiff, Wrexham, London, Leeds, Manchester, and Bristol.
