Video producer / presenter

Salary: Up to £28,000-32,000 per annum
This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working with one day a week required in the London office, 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.
Support the scripting, producing, recording, and editing of high-quality video and audio content for Which.co.uk and other Which? products and services.
This position involves assisting with planning productions, contributing creative ideas for engaging content, and supporting the team in maintaining high-quality standards. The role will require building subject expertise, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the ongoing development of the team's video and audio output.
Key responsibilities
- Write scripts, plan production, and present engaging video and audio content for Which? digital platforms, including our social media channels, which.co.uk, and award-winning podcasts.
- Work with senior producers, and teams across the business to plan, schedule, and deliver video and audio content that connects with audiences and supports Which?'s goals.
- Support efforts to explore new formats, storytelling techniques, and platforms to keep Which? content fresh and engaging.
- Contribute ideas to expand Which?'s reach by tailoring content for different platforms and audiences.
- Help maintain production guidelines to ensure consistent quality across video and audio outputs.
- Travel occasionally, domestically and internationally, to assist with content production and cover events on location.
What we're looking for
- A confident communicator with a friendly and approachable style, comfortable presenting on camera, producing, and hosting podcast episodes when required.
- A creative thinker who enjoys coming up with ideas and experimenting with new ways to tell stories.
- A strong understanding of video production, social media, and podcasts, with an interest in how they are used by publishers and competitors in the industry.
- Some experience in scriptwriting and creating content to engage online audiences; ability to assist with production planning and storytelling.
- Willingness to learn about SEO strategies for video content and to support simple video shoots.
- Enthusiasm to develop knowledge of podcast hosting platforms and professional lighting/staging setups.
