You will be responsible primarily for providing customer support to teachers, booksellers and agents around the world, as well as assisting the international sales team. You will issue and administer picture books, flat fee, and sub-rights agreements in a timely manner (working with senior Business Affairs team); maintain up-to-date, accurate records and filing systems relating to such agreements; liaising with external agents and stakeholders, providing key administrative support to Business Affairs team in respect to other ad hoc tasks across department as and when necessary.
