You can be a part of our 6 month full time, paid internship based at our London Head Office.

Department: EU Region, PR & Marketing

Your learning outcomes:

• Knowledge & understanding of in-house PR & Marketing practices
• The opportunity to build relationships with key stakeholders, & with local agencies
• Written and communication skills with both external & internal stakeholders
• An understanding of weekly & monthly reporting and results
• Skills in creating and contributing to presentations
• Sample management, asset management and distribution

What you will do:

• Support in coordinating and managing samples and organising the PR Showroom
• Support in the collation of weekly and monthly results
• Distribute asset materials to PR agencies
• Support in the organisation of store loans and communicate with store teams
• Help to fulfil sample requests
• Contribute to presentation compilation to support the wider team
• Help to arrange courier bookings and send out shipments to external partners
• Build relationships with key internal stakeholders to fulfil requests and contribute to wider strategy

Knowledge, skills, experience

• Keen interest in PR/marketing
• A team player with a positive, can do attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong written & verbal English language skills

Desirable

• Some knowledge of PR/marketing or relevant studies
