This six-month internship is an incredible entry-point into the marketing industry for someone with genuine curiosity about entertainment marketing, the creator economy/influencer marketing and pop culture.
Attachment is the fastest-growing entertainment & culture agency in EMEA, specialising in creating and delivering cultural strategies and campaigns for the best brands and clients in the world. Attachment operates a hybrid working model working 2 days per week at the Attachment office, a recently renovated loft space in the heart of Fitzrovia. The remainder of the week is remote working, but they expect a degree of flexibility for team building, client events, and internal / external meetings. This six-month internship is an incredible entry-point into the marketing industry for someone with genuine curiosity about entertainment marketing, the creator economy/influencer marketing and pop culture.
As an intern, you will develop skills through hands-on experience in order to support the agency in the day to day execution of talent-led campaigns and culture-first live bookings for some of the most innovative brands in the world. You will also receive a bespoke training schedule outlining what you will learn during your internship and a direct line manager for development and growth.
What you will learn
- How to conduct market analysis and research across multiple verticals and industries to provide insights, including but not limited to celebrities, influencers & creators, events, marketing campaigns, new brand / product launches and industry news.
- Engage in day-to-day functions of campaign and live work from supporting on casting sheets, creating seeding lists, organising send outs to compiling campaign specific and competitor research.
- Help collate and analyse data and measurement, this may include digital / social media presence, performance, audience demographics and sentiment, pre and post campaign to support with client reports.
- Support the collation of industry insights internally for the purpose of campaigns and for wider internal tools, such as the agency Cultural Calendar.
- Assist in relevant research and content creation for social media platforms / newsletter including Agency profiling (across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, TikTok).
- Collate concise meeting minutes and circulate with the relevant teams.
- Provide administrative support in organising and setting up meetings, including bookings of the Attachment meeting room.
- Support the team with day-to-day tasks to help ensure efficient operation of the office.
Knowledge, skills, experience
- An ear to the ground and be plugged in to entertainment culture including but not limited to, music, fashion, sport, film and tech.
- Value fit with the agency, its purpose and client partners.
- The ability to design decks and new formats at a high level.
- Confident with video editing software to support agency content creation.
- A positive, solutions focused attitude and work ethic with a desire to create and deliver amazing work.
- Genuine enthusiasm for and interest in the entertainment and creative industry.
- Proficiency across Google Suite and Microsoft and remote video calling platforms.
- Great energy and willingness to adapt and learn quickly.
- Ability to self-motivate, prioritise time and work remotely as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, process driven and exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of initiative.
- Friendly, diplomatic and calm manner.
