Working within the digital department and reporting into the Digital Manager, the position of Senior Digital Coordinator is focused on promoting our portfolio of channel brands in the UK, MEA across digital marketing outlets.
Alongside the Digital Manager, Senior Digital Coordinator sets long-term strategies and goals for our priority brands CBS Reality, Legend, CBS Justice, AMC and STV. Focusing on viewer engagement and retention, creating online content and digital marketing assets, driving brand awareness and coordinating digital marketing campaigns to drive the reach to promote key content across various owned and paid digital and social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, IG and Tik Tok, and the channels’ websites.

The role 
You’ll report to Associate Director. 
The account manager is the backbone of any team. This role is trusted to lead clients through day to day campaigns. You’ll be called on to lead smaller projects and support the broader team on more complex projects and occasionally outside of the UK Television team (e.g. on Film and streaming). Communication is key. You’ll need to manage up effectively, so everyone understands the progress you’re making but also train and nurture those less experienced. We’re looking for someone with experience of duty managing venues, who is proactive at problem solving, as well as experienced in being the first point of contact for both the permanent and casual staff on shift, as well as the volunteer team.
Woolwich Works is London’s newest landmark cultural hub, housed in five historic buildings on the Royal Arsenal.  Following a multi-million pound refurbishment by the Royal Borough of Greenwich, our spaces opened in September 2021 and include a stunning 1500m2 former factory performance and events venue, rehearsal and performance studios, event spaces, outdoor courtyard, and a café and bars.  We’re home to a number of world class resident artistic companies, including Chineke! Orchestra, the National Youth Jazz Orchestra, Luca Silvestrini’s Protein and internationally renowned theatre company, Punchdrunk.
The Venue Manager will support the Venue Operations Manager and Head of Operations in delivering the smooth running of the venue. They will be responsible for the duty management of the premises, working during evenings and weekends on a full-time, fixed term basis.
You’ll have venue-based health and safety experience and you’ll be comfortable working safely and effectively in a flexible, multi-arts venue. You’ll be comfortable working in the evening and on weekends on the floor, and used to working with and administering rotas when necessary.  
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>To support the Venue Operations Manager and Head of Operations in ensuring that the visitor services teams provide a high standard of visitor experience to internal and external clients and the general public, working in line with the Woolwich Works Competency Framework and with a positive and proactive culture.</li>
<li>When acting as Duty Manager, to have overall responsibility for the safe and compliant running of the venue, ensuring the safety of audiences, artists, staff and crew and the successful management of the premises in line with agreed policies and procedures and the Premises Licence. </li>
<li>To be responsible for the duty management of the premises, maintaining a visible presence front of house, assisting visitors, supporting staff and ensuring that the venue is appropriately prepared and well-presented, including directing other departments and directly facilitating venue turnarounds and taking general responsibility (beyond the immediate department) for ensuring that the venue operates in a safe and compliant manner. </li>
<li>To deal with in-person feedback and complaints from members of the public in a timely and professional manner and resolve issues where possible, or escalate to the Venue Operations Manager or Head of Operations in line with the Complaints Handling Procedure if an issue cannot be resolved.</li>
<li>To give daily briefings to the visitor services team as well as assist with training in visitor experience, fire evacuation procedures and responsibilities.</li>
<li>To be a first aider and fire marshal, and to administer first aid to members of staff, visitors and the general public as required.</li>
<li>To support the Venue Operations Manager and Head of Operations with visitor service team and volunteer recruitment.</li>

Our apprenticeship programme is designed to provide work experience and a related qualification to people leaving formal education and who have decided to pursue an apprenticeship rather than attend University.
Our apprenticeships are full-time, with four days per week spent working in a C4 department and one day per week completing the formal learning parts of the apprenticeship. Our Apprentices have external tutors who deliver workshops and seminars to them and offer support throughout the apprenticeship. It is essential for apprentices to be able to balance their work and learning time and commit to delivering what is required for the formal learning elements in order to successfully achieve the qualifications on completion.
The formal training provided will consist of workshops, tutorials, webinars, coaching and in some cases residential boot camps.
