Providing first line support to our employees and line managers. Maintenance of our HR system (called 4People) and employee data whilst ensuring our data is accurate for our managers, leaders, employees and outsourced suppliers. Key responsibilities<ul><li>First point of contact for employees and managers providing query resolution and/or appropriate direction to achieve the employee outcome and drive a positive employee experience.</li><li>Ensure that all People data is accurate and up to date which includes auditing our data to ensure it is up to date and correct, setting up new joiners, updating leaver details and assisting line managers with managing employee changes through the HR system.</li><li>Produce reports, keeping an eye on our data accuracy and ensuring that we are up to date with key dates such as Fixed Term Contract expiry dates, probation end dates, insights into our operational data, maternity, paternity, shared parental leave and acting up dates.</li><li>Supporting the People Team on a variety of strategic ad-hoc projects to ensure operational excellence and effectiveness is upheld whilst keeping up to date with what our stakeholders require.</li><li>Work with payroll, freelancer and benefit providers to champion good working practices ensuring data is processed in a timely and accurate manner and communicated back to key stakeholders whilst upholding attention to detail during cyclical freelancer onboarding and salary processes through our systems.</li><li>Work across the people team supporting the specialists and People Business partners in managing administrative processes for cyclical employee activities along with People related projects working with key internal and external stakeholders. This includes and is not limited to induction, training and first stages of resolving employee concerns, annual pay review and annual variable bonus.</li><li>Collaborating with the team to prepare and execute a variety of different creative events and talks for our internal initiatives enhancing employee knowledge. Salary: £32,000 per annum Are you someone who loves theatre, has a great knowledge of actors, and wants to work in an exciting and creative organisation?&nbsp;The Donmar Warehouse is seeking a Casting Associate to work with the Casting Director as part of the In house casting team, they will ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently. The role will work closely with the Casting Director delivering high class casting across Donmar productions, readings and workshops. It's a role with lots of variety that includes the creation of lists, artist and production research, leading communication with agents, preparing and running audition days and leading on casting workshops and readings. We are looking for someone with at least two years experience working in casting. We need someone who has an extensive knowledge of actors, a confident communicator and loves the theatre. Responsibilities<ul><li>Working with the Casting Director to provide strong and consistent casting support across Donmar Warehouse productions. </li><li>Being the point of contact for all casting enquiries and overseeing and delivering the administration functions of the department. </li><li>Leading&nbsp; availability checks with agents and nurturing strong relationships with agents on behalf of the Donmar. </li><li>Deliver casting requirements in the deadlines stipulated by the Casting Director and Artistic team.</li><li>Contributing casting ideas and creation of lists&nbsp; across projects and readings as required, supported by the Casting Director.</li><li>Leading the planning and management of&nbsp; auditions to ensure they run with success.
