Working pattern: Hybrid - minimum of two days per week in the office; up to three days per week working from home

Are you interested in the Audio side of Publishing? Fascinated by what goes on behind the scenes in the studio?Bonnier Books UK is looking for an intern to work on specific audio projects across our Audio team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about audiobook publishing and get valuable experience at a major UK publishing house as you find out first-hand how the audio-making process works and have the opportunity to work on interesting projects.

The ideal candidate will be an open, energetic, detail-oriented team-player with a passion for books and audiobooks, an enthusiasm for both fiction and non-fiction and has an ambition to become an audio editor.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Have an interest in books and audiobooks
  • An ambitious and creative self-starter
  • Ability to manage jobs from inception to completion to the highest standard.
  • Strong communication skills
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Well versed in essential Microsoft and/or Apple office packages and an aptitude for learning new systems
  • Previous audio experience is not necessary
