Hear from professionals about what it’s like working at the Financial Times, exactly what the Maisie Hylton sub-editing fellowship involves and their top tips, advice and guidance on making a strong application.  

The Fellowship is a six-month, paid contract in the heart of the FT’s London newsroom. The successful candidate will be trained by experienced sub-editors on the crucial final stages of the news production process. You will learn how to sense-check articles, edit for accuracy and clarity, and write engaging headlines and other display copy before pressing the button to publish.
