The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Production Assistant to support the smooth delivery of campaigns across AV. You’ll play a key supporting role in helping producers plan, organise, and deliver creative work on time and to the highest standard. Working across multiple projects, you’ll gain hands-on experience of production processes, client communication, and project coordination, building the foundation for a future producer role within Intermission Film. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, creative environment surrounded by experienced and supportive colleagues.
What You’ll Do
- Support producers and senior producers in the day-to-day running of projects.
- Help organise schedules, update timelines, and ensure all team members are aligned on deliverables.
- Preparing production documents such as dialogue lists, CCSLs, cue sheets, transcripts, and campaign trackers.
- Support creatively by pulling material for sizzles, reels and promos.
- Manage and support campaign clearance tasks such as Clearcast and RACC as well as trafficking and instructing via Peach and Caria.
- Coordinate asset management, file naming, and delivery workflows with precision and attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly with creative, post-production, and operations teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Manage meeting notes, contact sheets, and version tracking to ensure clarity across teams.
- Liaise with suppliers, freelancers, and other partners as needed, ensuring accurate briefs and timely follow-up.
- Flag risks or issues early and support the producer in finding solutions.
- Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning how projects are managed from start to finish.
- Manage the production platforms weekly tidying and archiving.
- Help promote and post about our released work on social media.
