Looking to take your first step into the music industry? Build experience, connections and industry knowledge through a 12-month paid internship across a range of teams.

Our story began in 1887 with the formation of Columbia Records – the oldest surviving label in the recording industry. Today, Sony Music comprises a variety of record labels devoted to every genre of music, from rock and pop to classical, hip hop and R&B. We seek out the industry’s best artists and executives to create world-class music and audio entertainment.

Sony Music UK is now accepting applications for our annual Internship Programme. We're looking for passionate, curious individuals who are excited by music, culture and building a career in the industry.

At Sony Music, you'll join a supportive community where your ideas are valued and your development matters. Alongside fellow interns from across the business, you'll gain hands-on experience, build your professional network and contribute to meaningful projects.
