Intermission Film is an award-winning, full-service creative agency in London, New York, Amsterdam and Melbourne. We partner with leading distributors, streamers and broadcasters to create trailers, promos, key art, creative content and socials for films and series that audiences love. Recent work includes The Gentlemen S2, Ghosts, Pride and Prejudice, and Heartstopper Forever.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Team Assistant to support our Print team and start building a career in production within film and entertainment marketing. This is an entry-level role for someone organised, proactive and curious about how campaigns get made. You’ll work alongside producers and designers on marketing campaigns, helping keep jobs moving from brief through to final delivery. You’ll learn how production works, from specs and approvals to files going out the door.

It’s a great start for someone who wants a career in production, in a fast-paced creative agency working on major film and TV releases. This is an in-office position.

What You’ll Do

  • Support producers and designers across active key art campaigns
  • Help track jobs, deadlines and approvals, and keep schedules and status trackers up to date
  • Prepare and check artwork against delivery specs (sizes, formats, file requirements)
  • Upload and deliver final files to clients and platforms, and log what’s gone out
  • Gather and organise campaign materials: assets, photography, references and film/script info
  • Keep file structures tidy and follow our internal workflow systems
  • Support with research: film and script summaries, comparable campaigns and references
  • Send out regular reports, trackers and documents
  • Support wider studio operations and front-of-house as needed, including client hospitality, deliveries, couriers and general upkeep of the space

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong interest in film, entertainment and visual storytelling
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, especially with files, specs and deadlines
  • Clear, confident communication, and a good way with people
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple jobs calmly and accurately
  • Discretion with confidential material (unreleased content, client information)
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus, but not essential

Benefits and Culture

  • Time off - Up to 25 days (starting at 20 and increasing based on length of service), plus bank holidays, birthday day off after probation, and Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve on us.
  • Health & wellbeing - Access to a SimplyHealth cash plan and YuLife wellbeing App after probation, and private healthcare with Vitality after 3 years.
  • Culture & connection- Regular team socials, monthly entertainment allowance, and seasonal parties that bring everyone together.
  • Making your money go further- Salary sacrifice options for your pension, tech purchases, and cycle-to-work scheme.
  • And more as you grow- From enhanced parental leave to career break options.
