Your focus will be on course administration and student care, supporting the work of our courses management team. You will also help support the marketing and digital team, assisting with the creation of social media and website content. You’ll answer queries from our growing community of aspiring writers and students through our student queries inbox, social media channels and phones calls.You’ll be based at our central London offices, but please note we are currently using a hybrid working pattern which involves a minimum of three days a week in the office with some working from home, subject to ongoing review. Responsibilities&nbsp;Courses management duties &nbsp;<ul><li>Student care and communication: monitoring the busy main student inbox and phoneline, providing support to existing students and dealing with customer enquiries.</li><li>Course administration: providing administrative support to the courses team in the delivery of all our online and London-based courses and our reports and mentoring services, developing a strong sense of student satisfaction and reporting any potential issues to the relevant course manager.
