As our new Sales Enablement Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for evaluating, devising, and implementing the sales tools required for sales team training and customer facing presentations; to drive sales revenues for the UK Sales Teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in and understanding of marketing, which could have been gained from work experience or education. You should have a proactive attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative, alongside excellent communication skills and an interest in the Education sector.

Responsibilities

  • Create customer facing sales presentations for brands/strands/trade as required, in agreement with relevant Brand Mangers and Sales Enablement Training Manager; ensuring they are on time, on message and to a high standard.
  • Create product/sales training courses, in agreement with sales Enablement Training Manger; ensuring they are on time and to a high standard.
  • Schedule regular reviews/feedback of both sales presentations and training courses ensuring everything is up to date and stored in the appropriate place.
  • Manage own workload; considering sales team priorities and amend schedules when appropriate, communicating clearly at each stage.
  • Support Heads of Sales with conference and meeting presentations.
  • Keep up to date with termly sales marketing campaigns to inform training and presentation structures.

We operate a hybrid working policy and expect this role to require approximately 1 day per week in the Oxford office.

Knowledge, skills, experience

Essential

  • Previous marketing experience or a marketing qualification with work placement
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills
  • Ability to prioritise a heavy workload with maximum attention to detail
  • Innovative and creative with a willingness to continually learn and apply best practice
  • Able to work independently

Desirable

  • Experience of Articulate
  • Experience of marketing Software
  • Knowledge of the UK Education Market
  • Experience of Microsoft Teams for meeting scheduling, communication, and file management
