Salary: £24,000

As our new publishing operations assistant, you’ll play a key role in bringing our audio publishing to new heights.

At Penguin Random House, the UK's leading audiobook publisher, we are dedicated to publishing the best audiobooks on the market and we are proud to publish the unique and world-renowned authors on our list. We publish standout audiobooks such as Barack and Michelle Obama's astounding memoirs, Manjeet Mann's Costa winning children's novel The Crossing and Richard Osman's The Thursday Murder Club.

This is an exciting time to join a fast-paced team that is setting a precedent for innovative and ground-breaking work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Organising cover creation with freelance designers
• Updating key audiobook information on our systems
• Organising title set up
• Maintaining and creating schedules
• Archiving audio
• Supporting on day-to-day administration

Knowledge, skills, experience

• You’ll have great attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You’ll be highly organised and efficient
• Adaptable and eager to learn new systems
