We are looking for a personable and organised Events Coordinator who will be the key administrator of our event booking system, Artifax Agora.
We’re a supportive and hardworking team, working on a variety of projects. We have a ‘smarter working’ approach and encourage both on-site and remote working.
Responsibilities
This role is pivotal to the operation of the Sadler’s Wells Events team and will support with the following areas:
- Administration & finance
- Marketing & sales
- Client management
- Event management
Knowledge, skills, experience
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and an excellent communicator, with good problem-solving skills
- Previous experience of database management and/or using a room booking system
- Previous experience coordinating events
