This is your opportunity to join a fun and growing creative agency and help produce a wide variety of digital video and event content!

SWM (Streaming Well Motion) is a creative motion lab and virtual hybrid experience consultancy. Our focus is to reimagine healthcare communications and scientific exchange for the life-science industry.

Through our video, digital and scientific storytelling expertise, we cut through the noise with audience-centric narratives delivered through video, sound and immersive virtual hybrid experiences, building compelling emotional connections that bring your stories to life.

SWM has an opening for a full time producer. As a SWM employee you will be an integral part of the team working on projects for clients as well as our own marketing content. Based in West London, we’re a growing team and a division of the Healthware Group.

Responsibilities

  • You will report to the head of production, who will look to you to help conceptualise and create world class production outputs, meeting the needs of our global clients
  • The successful candidate will help to produce a wide variety of digital video and event content, overseeing the creation of: corporate films, social media content, video education modules, digital marketing content, mini documentaries, virtual/hybrid events & webinars, animations, live stream broadcasts and interactive videos. You will also work on our own marketing content and business development initiatives such as case studies, pitch presentations and social media. You must be adaptive, flexible, and prepared to learn new production processes as client requirements evolve
  • Production duties will range from pre-production (brainstorm sessions for pitches, budget scoping and management, location/actor research, scheduling, liaison with freelancers and suppliers, equipment handling, shoot paperwork), shoots (assisting on set/location where necessary) and post (overseeing edits and post-production crew)
  • You will also be managing client expectation and building relationships with them, as well as running project meetings and status updates both internally and externally. You will be able to oversee the filming and post-production creatives to get the best output for our clients from a visual and editorial perspective
  • In all of these production types, the candidate will be able to interpret the objectives of the client’s brief, understanding the importance of brand and the expectations and requirements of the intended audience. The candidate will know how creative content can be used across channels and platforms and where content creation fits within a marketing strategy
  • The candidate will be used to working quickly and efficiently and know how to build a compelling narrative and tell a story visually
  • We are looking for an all-rounder who can manage multiple projects and deadlines. Working with our in-house filmmakers and freelancers, the candidate must be able to cope with multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge, skills, experience

  • The candidate should be educated to a degree level or have equivalent apprenticeship and work experience
  • A strong command of spoken and written English is essential and additional European languages are beneficial. Working with Healthware and our international colleagues, strong communication skills are essential. The role will involve consulting with other agency colleagues throughout the production/post-production process as well as being a point of contact for our clients
  • SWM works primarily with clients in the health sciences sector so some experience in science, healthcare or human biology is helpful but not essential
  • Must be prepared and willing to travel – we have a lot of European and international clients who require shooting around the globe as necessary
  • You will have at experience in a production and/or agency environment
  • You will need to be highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and able to correctly handle and file all paperwork across numerous systems
  • Our office is based in Chiswick, West London. We are predominantly working remotely at this stage, but please be prepared to travel into the office for production prep, shoots and meetings when required

Please click 'apply' to send a CV and cover letter which includes a paragraph about a film director you like and why. Applications without a cover letter will not be considered.

  • Opportunity to travel to international shoots and events
  • Choose your own training budget – what do you want to learn?

You'll get the chance to follow your career path anywhere in Healthware. You'll be joining a network of 1500+ experienced, innovative and dedicated individuals across multiple disciplines.
