An understanding of the role technology plays in a business, both creatively with regards to public facing projects and operationally, will be crucial. ResponsibilitiesOperational<ul><li>Having an ongoing consideration of availability, skills, interest, balance of projects, individual team professional development and representation of the department.</li><li>Support the CTO to ensure effective delivery of department operations including but not limited to:<ul><li>Designing and implementing processes across technology product management, project management, software development, and technical operations.</li><li>Serve as point person for HR, Finance, Facilities, and other business operations team for Technology team. Ensure Technology team delivers to existing processes and key deadlines.</li><li>Coordinating meetings, minuting, and disseminating actions.</li></ul></li><li>Supporting Technology leadership across processes, operations, and team management.
