Looking for a busy and varied entry-level role? Interested in working for an edit house that cuts award-winning commercials?

Founded in 2010, Stitch Editing is an award-winning edit house who cut commercials, content and music videos. The job placement of client services / runner is based at our offices in Soho, London. It is a busy and varied starter position which is integral to the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Client & staff hospitality including greeting and assisting clients
  • Answering and transferring phone calls
  • Taking food/drinks orders for clients and editors, collecting them and delivering them to suites & tidying them away
  • Despatching drives in and out of the office
  • Day to day managing of supplies and keeping the office /reception/kitchen areas stocked and tidy
  • Running local errands
  • Managing day to day petty cash accounts
  • Assisting production with awards entries, booking travel/accommodation/cars, planning client/staff events
  • Opening & closing of the office

Knowledge, skills, experience

  • You should be organised, have a great communication manner and be eager for a challenge
  • It can be busy and demanding environment so ideally suited to somebody that can move quickly, prioritise, remain calm and multitask
  • No specific qualifications are necessary however and basic knowledge of any of the following software would be useful: Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere Pro
