If you're looking to break into the film and TV industry in the UK, you might be wondering where the best places to look for jobs are.
The good news is that there are many opportunities available throughout the country, although some regions are more active than others.
London is the hub of the UK film and TV industry, and as such, it's where many of the biggest production companies, broadcasters, and studios are based. However, that's not to say that all of the jobs are in London. Many other cities and regions also offer opportunities, including Manchester and Bristol. It's important to remember that the film and TV industry is becoming increasingly hybrid and remote-friendly, although most roles require you to be on location at least some of the time. Look out for remote and hybrid working options when relevant to you.
